Saturday
For your arrival, a short tour of the house, a presentation of the family followed by a small cocktail of local fruit juice, by the pool.
Depending on your arrival time, you can spend the afternoon relaxing and resting by the pool or in your house.
At 8 p.m. we will make you taste a small buffet of our local specialties and get to know each other better. We will try to define your desires and objectives for the coming week.

Sunday
Theme of the day: discovery of the historic city and the regional situation.
Sunday is a rest day in France, and if you wish, you can rest in the morning.
Breakfast will be served from 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
The meal will be at 1 p.m. with us.
If you are in good shape, we suggest a short excursion to the city center in order to make you discover the historic part of our city, or we will suggest you a relaxing afternoon in front of the swimming pool, in our company to further knowledge of your wishes and points of interest, as well as your overall level in French, English.
We will end the day with a meal at 8:30 p.m. followed by an evening of relaxation and discussion.

Monday
Theme of the day: language related to the economic situation of France, passage of interviews, employment.
Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
We will start French lessons at 10 a.m., adapting to your level, on the theme of everyday language, making contacts, professional interviews but also subjects related to employment, economic policy of companies, methods and recruiting habits.
At 1:00 p.m., the first break of the day for your meal, and we will take the opportunity to discuss topics related to French cuisine and its gastronomy.
Your afternoon will be free and you can relax in one of the two swimming pools or share our summer kitchen in palaver mode and open discussions.
A small snack will be served at 4 p.m., followed by a meal at 8 p.m.
During meals we will discuss the subjects of your choice.
Tuesday
Theme of the day: nature, sea and mountains, vocabulary of the tourist trade.
Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
We will start French lessons at 10 a.m. by tackling the subjects of commerce and tourism.
At 1:00 p.m., the first break of the day for your meal, and we will take the opportunity to discuss topics related to responsible and respectful tourist activity, the limits of mass tourism.
Your afternoon will be free and you can relax in one of the two swimming pools or share our summer kitchen in palaver mode and open discussions.
A snack will be served at 4 p.m., followed by a meal at 8 p.m.

Wednesday
Theme of the day: discovery of Catalan life and local habits and customs.
Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
We will start classes at 10am by covering topics related to the local way of life.
At 1:00 p.m. we will leave for the meal at the restaurant in Spain (Figueras, Empuria Brava, Rosas) or at Barcarès depending on the weather conditions.
The day will be spent at the beach, with lunch at the restaurant. We will introduce you to the vocabulary of Catalan life to the languorous rhythms of local music.
Return at the end of the afternoon, followed by a small cold buffet.
An evening of board games in the park will await you if you are in good shape or have a well-deserved rest.

Thursday
Theme of the day: French music and song
Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
We will start French lessons at 10 a.m., introducing you to French music, its texts and its authors (Jacques Brel, Georges Brassens, Edith piaf, Charles Aznavour but also Renaut, telephone, etc.)
At 1:00 p.m. in front of a small grill with the family, we will discuss the subjects of your choice.
At 3 p.m., the afternoon will be musical and we offer you the discovery of the piano and its uses in France, with our son at the conservatory for 9 years who will show you and exchange with you on the theme of classical music.
If you are a music lover, we will put some instruments at your disposal to play (guitars or piano).
In the evening, we will take you to the evenings of the historic city center after a meal dedicated to organic fruits and vegetables from our region and its local trade.

Friday
Theme of the day: social life, practice of sports and leisure in France,
Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
We will start French lessons at 10 a.m., with a swimming lesson, 4 strokes with an introduction to lifeguard training (immersed dummy), or we will discuss topics related to sport, its practices and resources, as well as the performance and well-being approach.
At 1:00 p.m. in front of a small seafood barbecue, we will discuss topics related to sport in our country by presenting regional differences.
In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun or rest according to your desire or share our day.
In the evening, a little bike tour of the city, or an evening in the surrounding villages will allow you to improve your level of French a little more by meeting the inhabitants.

Saturday

End of Speak and study French with a teacher by the pool in a French family

Theme of the day: journeys, departures and arrivals.
If you leave from Perpignan:
Breakfast will be served at 9am. We will devote the morning until 10 am to take stock of your stay, to take your comments into account. From 11 a.m. we will take you to your starting point if it is from Perpignan and will prepare a small packed lunch for you.
If you leave from Girona, Carcassonne, Barcelona
Breakfast will be served to you at 8 a.m. and we will take the opportunity to review your stay and take your comments into account.
From 9 am we will take you to your starting point with a small packed lunch for your departure and lunch.

Section 1
Benevolent behavior, politeness and a smile are strongly recommended. A successful stay is always carried out in a relationship of mutual respect, constructive dialogue and the search for permanent improvement.

Section 2
The minor or adult children entrusted to us must not consume drugs, alcohol or tobacco, wear decent dress, and may not leave the estate alone, other than in our company during the outings offered in the program.

Section 3
In order to protect the safety of those present, no outside person is authorized to enter the domain, with the exception of parents on the day of arrival or departure (Saturday).

Section 4
Arrivals are on Saturday after 4 p.m. and departures are on Saturday morning before 11 a.m.

Section 5
Internet access being used mainly for professional and recreational but instructive purposes, there can be no access to sites not authorized by French law.

Section 6
A maximum of 3 children in each of our two houses.

Section 7
During the day, lessons and periods of relaxation together, you are asked to leave your phone in your room in order to enhance the investment of your parents but above all to come back with what will forge part of your memories.

Section 8
In this season, it is hot in the South of France, and temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius are not uncommon, so we recommend that you go in the sun responsibly.
Section 9

Water has become a social issue and is becoming increasingly rare (many villages in the South East of France no longer have it, as in the South of Spain). We ask you to adopt an eco-responsible attitude and to use this heritage sparingly and intelligently.

In both swimming pools, bottles, glasses, shoes, ball games are prohibited in order to preserve a threshold of hygiene and tranquility for all.

The pools open at 10:00 a.m. (after cleaning) and close at 8:00 p.m. (for another cleaning).

Section 10

In order to limit any problem of theft or loss, we advise you to give us your money which will be at your disposal for the outings, evenings planned in the program.

Section 11

Travel and means of transport are at your expense and your responsibility, however, and if you request it, we can pick up your child at the airport or at the station, put him on the train or at the ticket office of the airport.

Section 12

A civil insurance is mandatory and must be sent to us prior to the stay.
